 Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

A Pregnancy Massage (or Postpartum Massage) is an excellent way to assist the expectant Mother with all the incredible physical changes that take place during & after pregnancy.  Massage during this time can increase circulation, reduce edema, improve muscle tone, ease tension, & fatigue to promote a better night’s sleep. No massage the first tri-mester.

You & your mate will receive a  full body massage for relaxation or tailored to address a specific area of concern.  This massage is an excellent choice for anniversaries, birthdays, or any special occasion.  Two massage tables are set up in our couple’s room along with scented candles & soft music.

Learn basic relaxation massage techniques with your mate.  Private instruction & hands on training.  If you have never experienced massage, it is recommended that you receive a massage before signing up for the instructional couple’s massage.
